2. Using the Service
You agree to use New Driver Hub for personal learning purposes only.
Accounts are intended for individual use and must not be shared with others.
We may restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.
3. Free and Paid Access
New Driver Hub offers both free and paid features.
- Free users can access theory practice questions.
- Paid users unlock features such as mock tests and progress tracking.
Access to paid features is granted after successful payment.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some products on New Driver Hub are billed on a recurring basis.
The Theory Mock Tests plan is priced at £8.99 as a one-off payment.
This one-off purchase gives you 99 days of Theory Pack access. After that, your account returns to free access unless you choose to buy access again.
Payment will be taken using your selected payment method, and access will continue unless cancelled.
Most learners pass within one 99-day access period.
5. Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. Theory Pack is not a subscription.
- Cancellation stops future payments.
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current 99-day period.
After this, access to paid features will end.
6. Renewal Reminders
As Theory Pack is a one-off purchase, there are no automatic renewals.
7. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once your 99-day access period has started, except where required by law.
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact support.
8. Account Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
We are not liable for access issues caused by shared login details, lost credentials, or unauthorised use of your account.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Features may be updated, changed, or removed at any time to improve the service.
