Yes. You can use free theory practice without paying, but full mock tests, hazard perception training and deeper progress tracking sit inside Theory Pack.
Free practice is lighter revision that helps you build confidence a topic at a time. Mock tests are timed, more realistic, and designed to show weak areas and exam readiness.
First log out and back in again from the front-end login page. Then check your dashboard and pricing page to make sure the purchase is attached to the same email address as your account. If access still looks wrong, use the support form below and include the email address used for payment.
Use the forgot password link on the login page. That keeps you on the front end instead of sending you into WordPress admin.

Leads come from the Find an Instructor directory enquiry flow. The Leads page shows those real enquiries so you can follow up, track contact and mark outcomes.
The instructor dashboard separates earnings that are due now from earnings still in the hold period. Once the hold clears, the amount moves into your next payout flow.
Check that your areas, transmission type, availability, and profile details are complete. A clearer profile with the right area coverage normally performs better than a thin listing.
PAYMENTS & ACCESS

Yes. You can start on free access and move to Complete Theory Access later when you want the full test-ready system.
No. Complete Theory Access is a one-off payment. Your access lasts for 99 days, then your account returns to free access.
No. Theory Pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Your access lasts for 99 days, then your account returns to free access.
No. There are no automatic renewals. If you need more time after 99 days, you can simply purchase another 99-day access period.
There is nothing to cancel. Theory Pack is a one-off payment and your access simply ends after 99 days.
