Your franchise has a set number of seats. A seat is used while a pupil has active access and frees up automatically when their 99 days end or you remove them, so the cost stays the same however much pupils revise.
The franchise owner adds instructors by name and email and sees how many active pupils each one has. Each instructor manages their own pupils, while the owner can see and manage everyone in the franchise.
Each instructor gets a simple list of their own pupils, with days left, whether they have signed in and when they were last active, plus the buttons to extend access or resend an invite.
Invoices for your seat subscription are emailed to you as PDFs and listed on the owner's page with their period, total including VAT and whether they are paid, due or overdue. Download any of them again whenever you need to.
Every seat gives a pupil the full paid experience for 99 days, so they arrive at lessons knowing their theory and what to revise next.
Each pupil gets Complete Theory Access for 99 days: full 50-question mock tests, hazard perception mocks, Smart Practice and the readiness dashboard, exactly what a learner would get by buying Theory Pack themselves.
Their seat frees up automatically for another pupil. If they need longer, you can extend their access, up to the extension limit set for your franchise.
Yes. If a pupil already has a New Driver Hub account, adding their email links them to you and gives them access straight away. If they have already paid for Theory Pack themselves, their own access is left alone.
Franchises pay a fixed subscription for a set number of seats, invoiced monthly, quarterly or yearly. Invoices are emailed as PDFs and are always available to the owner to download.
