Bend ahead to the left
A red triangle with an arrow curving left warns of a sharp left-hand bend. Reduce your speed before you reach it, not in the middle of it — braking through a bend reduces grip and can cause skidding, especially in wet weather. Position to the right side of your lane on the approach to give yourself a better view through the corner.
