School crossing patrol ahead
A red triangle showing the silhouette of a lollipop-style crossing patrol. Used to warn that there's a school crossing point on the road ahead where a patrol officer (the 'lollipop person') stops traffic to walk children across. You must stop when the patrol's sign is held up; failing to stop is a road traffic offence.
